The role involves learning plant operating procedures, receiving training in all departments to enable transferability, working with a supervisor to set individual performance goals, observing experienced workers to understand methods and standards, attending company training classes, and adhering to safety, QA, and HR policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 3 months of work history with one employer within the last 2 years listed on the application.
- Must have a valid Drivers Licenses.
- Must be able to obtain a PIT license.
