Job Summary
Maintain and operate various utility systems and equipment while performing sanitation duties to uphold food safety requirements essential for production processes. Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of plant operations by strictly adhering to food safety compliance protocols. Work alongside diverse team members in rotating shifts across various plant areas, emphasizing safety and problem-solving to support overall production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, multiple times per day
- Climb ladder, step and extension
- Able to lift to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper seal for adequate protection
