Job Summary
Operate and maintain production utility machinery, package and label finished products according to customer-in-house requirements and packaging standards, transport and convey raw materials, set up and run hopper/blender changes, document scrap disposition, and participate in continuous improvement within a safety-focused, high-performing Amcor team. Maintain resin/additive levels, ensure adherence to life-saving behaviors and safety policies, work collaboratively with coworkers, and support housekeeping and overall production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Reliability with strong attendance
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to interface with employees at all levels within the facility
- Desire to grow within the organization
- Safety oriented with continuous improvement mindset
- Must be able to regularly lift and push 30 pounds
