Job Summary
Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and assist across departments to keep production moving. Load materials, move parts, follow work orders and basic blueprints, perform basic inspections to ensure quality, assist with packaging and shipment, maintain clean and safe work areas, and perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance. Support team priorities in a 2nd-shift environment, collaborating with others and adapting to changing production needs; requires a strong work ethic, reliable communication with supervisors, and basic measuring device usage.
