Job Summary
Operate and support cross-functional production lines, perform hook-ups and line set-up for starting and operating lines, organize and execute rework, ensure line communication boards are filled out, train new team members on line operation and control systems, troubleshoot production issues and communicate with the Supervisor, safely operate a forklift to keep the work area supplied with materials, audit line staff paperwork for accuracy and real-time updates, and collaborate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of manufacturing experience (food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal)
- Previous forklift experience
- Technical knowledge of aseptic processes, equipment and products
- Ability to interpret, communicate and execute plans in a time-sensitive manner
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs
- Team-player mindset and punctuality
