Job Summary
Board Operator / DCS role in Cilegon, Indonesia responsible for monitoring and adjusting process parameters across units (Boilers, Steam, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Cooling Water, Firefighting, Plant Air, Fuel Gas) per SOPs, addressing alarms and emergencies, coordinating with field operators and maintenance, logging operational data and incidents, participating in process optimization, and maintaining safe, reliable operations with effective communication in English. Site-based operations with CCTV monitoring and cross-plant coordination to ensure aligned production conditions between plants.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma 3 in Chemical Engineering
- Experience minimum 4 years as Board Operator / DCS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in chemical or petrochemical industries (chlor-alkali plant experience advantageous)
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
