Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand while maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Receive product from vendors, organize stock, and place clean items in storage areas. Sort and remove trash into designated pickup areas, clean and rotate the walk-in cooler, and assist with food prep as assigned by the Chef Manager. Represent NEXDINE by exhibiting great customer service in all aspects of the job. This role supports NEXDINE Hospitality's family of brands, which provides dining, hospitality, fitness center, and facility management services to businesses, schools, higher education, senior living, and hospitals nationwide.

- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
