Job Summary
Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, in a facility. Perform routine maintenance on utility systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Troubleshoot and repair utility systems and equipment as needed. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades to utility systems. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards. Monitor utility systems performance and identify areas for improvement or upgrades. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; ability to read technical drawings and schematics; operate hand and power tools. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Office location at 115 Mill Street; onsite work shift; Belmont, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Experience in maintenance and repair of utility systems
- 3-5 years required
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
