Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or a three-compartment sink by hand. Clean tableware, food preparation areas, and facilities while maintaining kitchen work areas in an orderly condition. Stock supplies at serving stations, refrigerators, and cupboards; receive and store new items. Sweep and scrub floors, sort trash into designated pickup areas, and clean garbage cans with soap and water. Prepare and package individual place settings, arrange tables for special events, and load/unload delivery trucks.
