Job Summary
Plan and execute utility systems for the Greenfield Liquid ORS manufacturing project, overseeing installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment, air compressors, chillers, boilers, and wastewater systems. Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of all utility equipment while coordinating with Production, QA, Engineering, contractors, and vendors. Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, and environmental regulations. Lead the utility team and external service providers, supporting equipment qualification, validation, and regulatory audits. Monitor utility consumption to implement energy optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 8–12 years in pharmaceutical utility management
- Hands-on experience in Greenfield pharmaceutical projects
Desired Qualifications
- exposure to Liquid Oral, ORS, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Food Processing, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing plants
