Maintenance & Customer Service Technician responsible for coordinating maintenance projects, tracking service orders (OPUS), data entry for services, updating customers and billing, managing customer complaints, and preparing billing for meter installs and backflows certifications; supports multiple regions as needed and collaborates with maintenance and customer service/billing teams to ensure timely updates and accurate service documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Motor Vehicle Operator License (Drivers License)
- Previous utility experience highly preferred
- Strong administrative skillset
