Job Summary
Experienced Utility Locator to locate underground utilities in compliance with 811 dig laws, read and interpret utility maps and GIS data, use electronic locating equipment and multiple locating methods, and accurately mark utilities with paint and flags. Responsibilities include documenting all work via a mobile app with photos and reports, investigating excavation-related utility damages, participating in an on-call rotation, and working independently in various weather conditions. Requires strong knowledge of 811 laws, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug screen, willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules, and a commitment to safety and accuracy across nationwide projects.
Required Qualifications
