Job Summary
Locate underground utilities in compliance with all 811 dig laws by reading maps, interpreting as-built drawings, and using electronic locating equipment. Accurately mark utilities with paint and flags, document all work via mobile app including photos and reports, and investigate excavation-related utility damages. Participate in an on-call rotation while maintaining company equipment and vehicles. Work independently in all weather conditions, communicating effectively with excavators and property owners. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years utility locating experience
- Strong knowledge of 811 laws and best locate practices
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Consistent attendance and punctuality

- Experience with advanced technology and proven expertise beyond basic paint and flag work
