Utility Locator/Damage Prevention Specialist

Promote and enforce safe digging practices in accordance with state 811 dig laws by visiting active job sites to communicate with contractors and homeowners regarding safe excavation procedures. Coordinate and facilitate corrections or updates to gas utility markings, perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, and accurately document daily activities and field findings. Assist with identifying marked utilities and structures while performing operator-level maintenance on assigned tools and equipment. This role supports compliance with safety standards and ensures accurate utility data for construction projects.
