Job Summary
Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success while driving innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions. Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
