Job Summary
Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support production orders, quotas, and quality while complying with MSHA regulations and site safety procedures. Backfill operator positions for absences and assist the maintenance crew as required. Perform duties in packaging, shipping, bulk, and control room operations, ensuring accurate paperwork completion and site housekeeping. Work the 2nd shift in Marston, NC, with a high school diploma and mining operations experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Literacy in English, both verbally and written
- Previous experience within mining operations (preferably sand)
- Prior exposure to an understanding of operational equipment in sand
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment adequately
- Demonstrated commitment to safety with previous experience in identifying and managing risks
- Demonstrated experience contributing within a team of professionals to deliver set targets
