Prioritize projects and meet required timelines as directed by the manager while troubleshooting bottlenecks through problem-solving techniques. Become certified in glass, weld, valve, and forklift operations through on-the-job training, then act as a trainer and mentor for other department members. Answer help light calls within the department and account for process improvements based on team member feedback.
