Utility Goodyear

Utility operator (Goodyear) in Lucchese Boots manufacturing; supports the Goodyear department in various roles based on production needs such as laying outsoles, inseam trim, pull staples, stitch outsoles, furnish repairs, bottom pound, welt butt, toe trim, and lay steel shank. Performs multiple operations across stations, collaborates with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards, and may back up other employees as needed. Requires the ability to read work orders, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; work hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with potential overtime and Saturday shifts as needed; located in El Paso, TX.
