Job Summary
Assist the production line by accepting assigned tasks, preparing materials, and adjusting glass thickness, transmission speed, and washing machine parameters. Conduct 100% appearance inspections on reworked glass, mark defective products, and perform half-hour sample checks to prevent large quantity defects. Enter job data into PLEX, complete relevant data reports, and ensure inventory consistency. Store wastes by categories and supervise workshop environmental factors while implementing Integrated Management System Documents. Substitute any position on the line as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Familiar with optical white light inspection angle
- Familiar with washing loading and unloading proper motion
- Familiar with distinguishing names of different types of glass defects
- Familiar with glass appearance inspection proper motion
- Familiar with production statistical reports and recording
- Other production statistical knowledge and skills
