Job Summary
Ensure trash bins are emptied, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and scrub cooler floors daily. Maintain dock, receiving, and janitor's closet cleanliness while cleaning employee restrooms and refilling dispensers. Work in the dishroom to ensure equipment, pots, pans, and serviceware are clean and safe. Clean back-of-house and front-of-house areas including work tables, guest tables, and carpets. For lead roles, provide leadership, instruct staff, and report operational issues to management. Shift runs 12:30pm to 8:30pm with every other weekend off.
