Utility Employee

Utility Employee responsible for cashiering, maintenance, and meter-related duties within a parking-operation setting. Performs cashiering tasks, handles change and cash transactions, conducts daily cashier shift reports, conducts meter/fee transactions, and provides safety and cleanliness duties across garages and lots (including sweeping, cleaning, painting touch-ups, and graffiti removal). Requires operation of company vehicles, driving with a clean record, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; outdoors-heavy environment with varied weather. Responsibilities also include assisting with power washing, snow removal, and responding to equipment or elevator issues, as well as performing regular maintenance on meters and related posts using approved supplies and PPE.
