Job Summary
Deliver building materials and millwork to dealer partners, lumber yards, and job sites in the Waterloo area by safely operating a 28' straight truck. Stage, load, and verify orders while communicating clearly with customers to ensure delivery accuracy and proper load securement. Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean environment using forklifts and RF scan guns. Lift up to 50 lbs on occasion and follow DOT regulations and company safety policies. This role represents BPI's commitment to leadership and teamwork within the Upper Midwest wholesale distribution sector.
Required Qualifications
- Experience driving a 28' straight delivery truck in a customer facing role
- Knowledge of warehouse practices, including the use of RF scan guns and proper material loading
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Effective communication and organizational skills
