Job Summary
Lead roles in wet utilities for water and sewer projects. Two tracks: (1) Working Utility Foreman — hands-on leadership in the field, running equipment, leading a crew, installing water/sewer utilities, ordering materials, hiring crew, and delivering largely self-sufficient project execution. (2) Utility Division Lead — senior operations role overseeing the entire wet-utilities division, plus project pricing/estimating, scheduling, manpower planning, reviewing job costs, ensuring profitability, driving efficiency, accountability, and results across projects. Looking for proven experience with water and sewer utilities, strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to take projects from field execution to division-level leadership, with potential for profit sharing for the right candidate.
