Job Summary
As a Utility Team Member, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Dishwasher responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing items, maintaining the three-compartment sink with proper chemical dilution, organizing pots and pans and walk-in stock, assisting with prep/line duties as needed, prioritizing cleaning of commonly used dishes to keep kitchen operations flowing, unloading and storing orders, and promptly emptying back-of-house trash. The role requires standing for several hours and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Benefits include medical/dental/vision for full-time after 1 year, 401(k) after 6 months, PTO after 1 year, and a $11.50/hour base pay with pooled tips; flexible schedules and employee discounts are also offered. A Food Handlers Certification is required.
