Job Summary
The Utility - Dishwasher position involves cleaning dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment using dishwashers or by hand, maintaining sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, and assisting cooks with prep work. Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping kitchen areas, cleaning garbage receptacles, breaking down boxes, and ensuring the dishwashing machine is clean. Candidates must demonstrate good communication skills, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a service-oriented demeanor with guests and co-workers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency degree preferred
- Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License

- Ability to stand for long stretches of time
- Ability to work long hours, some back-to-back shifts as needed
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly in English
