Job Summary
Set up, align, and manage event equipment including bike racks, stanchions, tables, risers, and staging. Lay basketball flooring and fields, set up dasher boards, and unload/load production gear. Move equipment to the stage, stack sound systems and speakers, and set lighting. Perform housekeeping duties and maintain assigned areas free of clutter. Assist supervisors with tasks while adhering to OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and Frontwave's business conduct policies. Work in a dynamic environment at the 7,500-seat Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, CA, supporting the San Diego Clippers and Sockers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) effectively
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed, easy-to-follow written or oral instructions
- Ability to work independently
- MEDIUM (Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds)
