Utility Clerk Part Time

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain high safety and sanitation standards for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, removes trash and debris, and ensures carts are stocked, clean, and in working order. Operates floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while performing wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet extraction. Restocks maintenance supplies, executes minor building repairs, and notifies management of major issues. Works both indoors and outdoors, frequently lifting up to 30 pounds and using equipment like pallet jacks. Requires regular, predictable attendance and completion of required training. Part-time position with pay range $17.75-$21.30.
