Utility Clerk Part Time

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain high safety and sanitation standards for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, removes trash and debris, and ensures carts are stocked, clean, and in working order. Operates floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while executing wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and glass washing. Conducts minor building repairs and notifies management for major issues, restocking supplies and keeping maintenance areas organized. Prioritizes cleaning across sales floors, offices, restrooms, and outdoor grounds including sidewalks and cart corrals. Requires regular, predictable attendance.
