Job Summary
Maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain safety and sanitation standards; responsibilities include gathering and returning carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, maintaining club cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and outdoor areas, and assisting with general maintenance tasks as assigned. Emphasis on safe operations, teamwork, positive member experience, and adherence to Gold Club Standards (GOLD: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club policies. Prioritizes timely, courteous service and ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment within an environment that includes indoor and outdoor areas, varying temperatures, and potential physical activity (lifting up to 30 pounds and occasional heavier tasks with assistance). The role is part-time and located in Springfield, PA, with a pay range starting at $16.00 per hour. Applicants must be able to complete required training and meet age-related restrictions for equipment and restricted areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Prior retail/wholesale experience preferred
- May be less than 18 years of age to perform parking lot cart functions
- Must be over 18 to operate equipment and enter age restricted areas
