Utility Clerk Part Time

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain high safety and sanitation standards for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, removes trash and debris, and ensures carts are well-stocked and in working order. Operates floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while performing wet and dry mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming across the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor grounds. Restocks maintenance supplies and conducts minor building repairs, notifying management of major issues. Requires regular, predictable full attendance. Part-time schedule.
