Utility Clerk Part Time

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain high safety and sanitation standards for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, removing trash and debris from cart corrals and exterior grounds. Operates floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while performing wet and dry mopping, vacuuming, and glass washing. Restocks maintenance supplies, conducts minor building repairs, and verifies that all carts are clean and in working order. Prioritizes responsibilities across the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor property in an efficient manner.
