Utility Clerk Part Time

Conduct general maintenance and cleaning duties to uphold high safety and sanitation standards for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, ensuring they are well-stocked, clean, and in working order. Operates floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while performing wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and glass washing. Removes trash and debris from parking lots, cart corrals, and exterior grounds, and performs minor building repairs. Restocks maintenance supplies and ensures supply areas remain organized. Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed. Prioritizes tasks efficiently across the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor property.
