Utility Clerk Part Time

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, removes trash or debris from exterior areas, and ensures carts are well-stocked and in working order. Operates floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while executing wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, and glass washing. Restocks maintenance supplies, performs minor building repairs, and notifies management when major repairs are needed. Prioritizes cleaning responsibilities across the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor grounds in an efficient manner. Requires regular, predictable full attendance and adherence to club policies and procedures.
