Utility Clerk Part Time

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain high safety and sanitation standards for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, removes trash and debris, and verifies cart cleanliness and stock levels. Operates floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while executing wet and dry mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming tasks across the sales floor, offices, and outdoor grounds. Restocks cleaning supplies, performs minor building repairs, and ensures all club policies and procedures are followed. Requires completion of required training and certification processes; prior maintenance or janitorial experience is preferred. Full attendance is essential.
