Job Summary
Maintains store conditions and engages with customers while transporting groceries and locating products. Performs price verifications and stock maintenance, builds product displays, carts are retrieved and stored, and keeps the store safe and sanitary. Requires ability to operate pallet jack, stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer-service mindset, clear communication, multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, and adherence to company safety procedures are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- 21+ to drive for Company business in accordance with BGC policy
- On-the-job training
- Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jack (18+)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs continuously
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Flexible scheduling incl. nights, weekends, holidays
