Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cleaning duties including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, mopping floors, vacuuming, and moving furniture. Perform additional tasks such as gum removal, spot cleaning glass, and addressing flooded areas or incidental spills. Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Requires a high school diploma, one year of experience, and the ability to lift cleaning equipment and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 6pm to 10pm (20 hours weekly).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb and reach
- Must be able to lift, move and use containers of water, cleaning fluids, and germicidal agents
- Must be able to lift and use wet mop and other janitorial equipment
- Work outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical area
- Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling
