Utility - Clean Department

Perform and assist with various Clean Room functions in a 2nd shift (1:30pm - 10pm) at Grede in New Castle, IN, following established procedures and process instructions. Prioritize safety and quality, minimize delays, and maximize production. Responsibilities include assisting with daily production tasks, maintaining housekeeping around the mill, organizing parts, tooling changes, maintaining air tools, disposing of trash, and supporting environmental and 5-S initiatives. Must obtain an aerial lift and bobcat license to assist with department cleaning; adhere to lockout/tagout policies; communicate solutions to improve efficiency; and work as a collaborative team member.
