Job Summary
PERFORMS various jobs on the line: breaking down large boxes, inspecting product, sanitation duties and raking raw meat into freezers; assists in training of new employees on dress requirements, safety aspects, job assignment and sanitation procedures; participates as a member of the team and supports BEST practices; maintains Simmons operating systems principles and objectives; uses PPE as needed; works in extreme temperatures; in-person applications at the Simmons Foods Hiring Center preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Read, write, and perform basic math.
- Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
