Job Summary
Perform various jobs on the line including breaking down large boxes, inspecting product, sanitation duties, and raking raw meat into freezers. Adapt quickly to new positions and situations while assisting in training new employees on dress requirements, safety, and sanitation policies. Participate as a team member by fostering cohesiveness, resolving issues, and implementing team concepts to maintain B.E.S.T practices. Work in extreme temperatures and noisy environments while using required PPE such as hair nets and ear plugs. Apply in person at the Siloam Springs, AR hiring center between 7 am and 7 pm Monday, or 7 am and 5 pm Tuesday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to crown
- Ability to work on feet all day
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (under 40 degrees-above 100 degrees)
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
- Ability to use hair net, ear plugs, and any other protective equipment as needed or required
- Preference for Food Processing Industry experience
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
