Job Summary
Utility Team Member responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. Busser duties include sweeping/mopping, pre-busing, trash removal, stocking stations, and assisting customers. Dishwasher duties include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen items, managing the three-compartment sink, organizing pots/pans, and supporting prep/line duties as needed. Requires standing for several hours and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Employee benefits include medical/dental/vision after eligibility, PTO after 1 year, 401(k) after 6 months, and a pay range of $14-$16 per hour plus pooled tips.
