Job Summary
Sweep and mop dining rooms, bathrooms, and back of house; clean spills, windows, walkways, and entrances. Pre-bus tables, stock beverage stations, highchairs, and trash cans, and restock all service areas. Clean bathrooms before opening, monitor cleanliness, and take out front of house trash while power washing outside areas. Set up sanitizer buckets, clean table bases and chair legs, and sanitize all food preparation and service items. Maintain the three-compartment sink with proper chemical dilution, organize pots and pans in the walk-in, and prioritize cleaning commonly used dishes. Unload orders and empty back of house trash promptly. Requires Food Handlers Certification and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
