Job Summary
Sweep, mop, and pre-bus tables in dining rooms, bathrooms, and back of house while promptly cleaning spills and restocking service areas. Wash and sanitize all food preparation items, maintain the three-compartment sink with proper chemical dilution, and prioritize high-volume dishes like bowls and trays to keep kitchen operations flowing. Organize pots and pans in the walk-in, unload orders, and empty back of house trash. Clean windows, walkways, entrances, and parking lot trash, set up sanitizer buckets, and monitor bathroom cleanliness throughout the day. Perform prep or line duties as assigned by management. This role requires a Food Handlers Certification and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Flexible schedules are available for those seeking p.m. availability with closing duties.
