Job Summary
Utility Team Member performing both Busser and Dishwasher duties to keep dining areas clean and safe. Responsibilities include cleaning dining room and back of house, pre-busing tables, maintaining sanitation of restrooms and beverage stations, handling trash and back-of-house organization, operating the three-compartment sink, and assisting with prep/line duties as needed. Wage range is $13.00-$15.00 per hour based on experience, plus pooled tips; on-site hours in Odessa, TX with benefits after specified milestones.
