Job Summary
Sweep and mop dining rooms, bathrooms, and back of house; clean spills, windows, walkways, entrances, and parking lot trash. Pre-bus tables, stock beverage stations and highchairs, restock service areas, and set up sanitizer buckets. Clean bathrooms before opening, monitor cleanliness, and take out front of house trash. Wash and sanitize food prep items, maintain the three-compartment sink with proper chemical dilution, and organize pots, pans, and products in the walk-in. Prioritize cleaning bowls and trays, unload orders, and empty back of house trash. Requires Food Handlers Certification and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Base pay is $14.00 to $14.50 plus tips, with benefits available after one year.
