Utility (BOH)

Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications while washing, restocking, and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pans. Maintain the dish room and assist in cleaning other café areas as requested. Break down and clean dish machines at the end of shifts in compliance with ServSafe standards. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, prepare food to café specifications, and assist with event setup. Transfer supplies between storage and work areas, segregate trash, and follow executive chef or line cooks' instructions. Maintain a professional approach with coworkers and customers. Requires flexible schedule for evenings and weekends; high school graduate or equivalent vocational training required with culinary arts degree desired.
