Job Summary
Operate bindery equipment to perform lamination, folding, saddle stitching, pad, perfect binding, score, and Duplo tasks. Read and comprehend QA Checklists and job instructions, learn and execute multiple binding workflows, ensure proper machine setup with correct paper sizes, review final products for quality, and meet production goals. Maintain accuracy through reading measurements, using a ruler or tape, and navigate machine control panels while performing various binding types and tasks as assigned. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to learn technology quickly, basic math skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work overtime. Location is Memphis, TN on-site.
