Job Summary
Manage the resident utility billing process for all Scion communities by completing monthly billing in accordance with state and local regulations. Act as the liaison between utility expense management partners and communities to ensure timely receipt of bills and coordinate payments. Analyze utility data to identify usage anomalies and collaborate with community teams to determine causes, while troubleshooting issues to ensure bills are sent promptly. Provide customer support for utility-related inquiries and report on data as requested. This full-time, on-site role in Chicago requires a critical thinker with strong analytical skills to handle complex projects independently.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate
- one year of utility billing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Works well independently
- Works well as a member of various teams
