Job Summary
Stock and retrieve products, maintain proper cleaning and sanitizing of tables, equipment, floors, cookware, utensils, and other items, and ensure all spills are removed in a timely manner to prevent safety hazards. Monitor trash receptacles to avoid overflow, assist guests by carrying trays to seating areas, and follow safe food handling and hygiene practices. Report any equipment malfunctions to management immediately and perform other duties as assigned. Requires continuous standing and walking with lifting capabilities of up to 60 lbs. One to three months of related experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, speak and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to continuously stand (100%)
- Ability to walk (50%)
- Ability to use hands for lifting and carrying (0-60 lbs.)
- Ability to perform frequent reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling (0-60 lb.)
- Ability to stoop and bending
