Job Summary

Read technical drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to guide pre-assembly and final assembly of industrial fan products. Assemble stator and rotor components using hand tools, torque devices, and measuring instruments while adhering to ESD protocols and quality standards. Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units, identify product defects, and report equipment issues or process deviations to appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with 6S principles and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurement tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S principles
  • Basic electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills
