Utility Aide/In School Suspension Aide

Summary of position: Provides supervision and support in-school settings at CHS, including supervising the In-School Room, lunch coverage, door access, and related administrative tasks. Works with community members, parents, students, and staff in a professional, friendly, and organized manner. Responsibilities include safety checks, attendance, textbook inventory management, classroom supervision, motivating students, and enforcing behavioral expectations. Requires flexibility to take on assigned tasks, collaboration with CHS administration, and the ability to obtain an Indiana substitute teacher license. Minimum qualifications emphasize a high school diploma/GED with preferred college coursework; some responsibilities may be performed in a substitute capacity.
